The apartment is rented without internet access. Long-term tenants register themselves with a provider of their choice or use their own mobile devices. During their stay, tenants are responsible for their own needs and for the careful use, cleanliness, and proper ventilation of the apartment. Any damage must be reported to the landlord promptly. The house rules are part of the rental agreement. The landlord lives nearby and can be reached by phone or email for any questions.
