🏠Our coliving is designed for students and young professionals looking to enjoy their time in Malaga. Its location is perfect, with easy access to multiple bus stops and surrounded by a variety of restaurants, cafes and stores.
🔝Each private room is equipped with a double bed and there is the possibility to be a twin room (just ask us for the difference of the additional cost), desk, and closet. In addition, the apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen and a shared bathroom, available for up to 3 people.
⚡We want your stay in Malaga to be comfortable and pleasant, that's why we offer spacious common areas, such as a coworking space, terrace, gym and jacuzzi.

📅 BI-WEEKLY CONTRACT
In the month of arrival or departure:
If you stay 14 days or less, you will pay half the rent for that month.
If you stay more than 14 days, you will pay the full month's rent.
(The amount due for each month is calculated in the payment summary).
💵 Payments before the check-in: Once the reservation is confirmed, you will be required to make the additional payments (security deposit, etc.) through our secure payment system before the move-in date.
