The furnished and renovated 1-room apartment consists of a room with an integrated fitted kitchen, a bathroom, a large loggia and a hallway.
LCD TV, cable connection, parking space in the underground car park is also available.

The fitted kitchen consists of a stove, a sink and a refrigerator including a freezer compartment. Equipped with crockery, cutlery, coffee maker, kettle and microwave.
Lots of storage space thanks to built-in cupboards.
The living / sleeping area and the hall are equipped with a light laminate flooring. The living room has a large window front that goes directly to the balcony.
