The apartment is located on the second floor in an 8-storey apartment building in a quiet location, south facing and elevator.

The apartment is furnished as shown in the pictures:

- the entrance area with a size of approx. 5qm has behind the entrance door a large cupboard with plenty of storage space. It has been used as a wardrobe plus storage space for vacuum cleaner & Co.; a narrow white shoe cupboard and a chic Bordeaux colored chest of drawers welcome you

The floor plan is no longer quite right, as the apartment was completely renovated in 2015, integrating the kitchen into the living area.
