Czego potrzebujesz
- Przed wysłaniem zapytania przygotuj dokumenty. W zależności od ogłoszenia mogą być wymagane: dowód osobisty lub paszport, potwierdzenie studiów lub zatrudnienia oraz zaświadczenie o dochodach (Twoich lub osoby gwarantującej).
- Weryfikacja tożsamości na platformie jest dobrowolna, ale zwiększa szanse, że Twoje zapytanie zostanie przyjęte.

The generous hallway gives a very inviting impression and provides access to all rooms of the large apartment. The apartment also has a newly furnished bathroom, with a washbasin and LED mirror, a towel radiator, a shower, a washing machine & dryer and a toilet. The comfortably furnished room has the following brand-new furniture:

The apartment is equipped with everything you need and is perfectly prepared for you to move in and feel at home immediately. Of course, you also have unlimited access to the super-fast WiFi with 100 Mbit/s. The rent already includes all utility costs for your room and all common areas (no hidden costs!). Both, the deposit and booking fee have to be paid latest by the move-in date, otherwise, no move-in and key handover is possible!

The property is located in a lively area in Munich Perlach. Walking distance to various doctors, supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries and a shopping center (PEP). There are also various gyms, green and park areas, many bars and fashion shops. Bars and fitness centers offer the opportunity to unwind. Sports and recreation can also take place outdoors - the apartment is adjacent to the Ostpark, which favors recreation and invites you to barbecue / fun. Everything in your immediate vicinity - all within a maximum of 5 minutes walk. Furthermore, there is a great pool area accross the park (Michaelabad) and a nice park!

In addition, the apartment convinces with the perfect connection to public transport. Within an 8-minute walk you are at the subway stop "Quiddestraße", where the U5/U7/U8 departs every 5 minutes. In 15 minutes you are in Munich city center (Odeonsplatz). Connections to the Munich S-Bahn main line are already available at Munich Ostbahnhof, where there is also a connection to the airport, local and long-distance transport as well as to all buses, trams, etc.

Munich has a fantastic public transport network, so you can easily reach any part of the city. Only a 3-minute walk from the apartment you will also find the (night) bus stop "Staudingerstraße", which offers you connections to bus line 197 and night line 45.
