An elegant real wood parquet floor creates a warm and stylish ambience. Generous window fronts allow an unobstructed incidence of light and give the flat a bright and friendly atmosphere. The flat is fully equipped with everything you need for living. There is a 160x200 cm double bed and wardrobe. In addition, a 140x200 fold-out sofa bed, a TV corner with an LCD LED Smart TV (127 cm/50 inch, 4K Ultra HD). A properly equipped kitchen with fridge with freezer compartment, extractor bonnet and two hobs. There is a washer-dryer in the brightly tiled bathroom! There is a practical small storage room in the hallway. Lots of cupboards and shelves provide plenty of storage space. The laundry room has its own washing machine.
