Hello, we are offering a very nice fully furnished and equipped 1-room flat in Münster-Mauritz. The flat is located in a semi-detached house in which there are a total of five 1-room flats. The flats have a total living space of approx. 36 square metres and all have their own shower room and kitchen. There is also an entrance area, which is separated from the living room/bedroom by a door. The flat is furnished with a bed (135x190 cm), a large wardrobe, a leather couch with sofa table, a writing/dining table and 2 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped. One flat has a marble floor, the other two have laminate flooring. The shower in the bathroom has glass doors. The location is excellent. Mauritz is close to the city centre and very popular for living. There is a bus stop right outside the door. The centre of Münster and the main train station are just a few minutes away by bike. The canal, where many Münster residents go swimming in summer, is just around the corner.
