The room also offers several storage spaces: a wardrobe with hanging space, and a shelf. Located in the north of Nantes, in the Hippodrome district, this 70m² apartment benefits from an ideal location 15 minutes from the hyper-center and close to amenities. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a secure and well-maintained building. It has an elevator, a bicycle locker and a large cellar included in the garage. The apartment is composed of 4 rooms, a kitchen, a shower room, a small laundry room and a separate toilet. All rooms are fully equipped and furnished. The whole is arranged and decorated with care. The kitchen is equipped with new and quality appliances. It includes a refrigerator, cooking plates, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. A space with a dining table and chairs is included as well as various storage units. The bathroom has a large shower, a sink and storage space. The laundry room is composed of a washing machine, a dryer, a drying rack and all the necessary equipment for cleaning (broom, mop, vacuum cleaner).
