The apartment features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living area, and a balcony accessible from both the kitchen and the living room. Each room is available from February, with a monthly rent of €450 per person, bills included. For two occupants sharing a room, the rent is €550 per month. The security deposit equals one month’s rent (either €450 or €550 depending on occupancy), and an administration fee of €150 is required at check-in.
