The apartment includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living area, and a balcony accessible from both the kitchen and living room. The rooms will be available starting February, with a monthly rent of €450 per person, bills included. For two people sharing a room, the cost is €550 per month. A security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is required at check-in (€450 or €550 depending on occupancy), along with an administration fee of €150.
