The Space:
Location is everything, and this apartment has it in spades. This beautiful four-bedroom, two-bathroom, shared unit offers space and efficiency at a price that will be hard to beat for this location. At 891-square-feet, this newly remodeled unit features hardwood flooring, exposed brick walls, high ceilings, large windows, radiator heating, and a washer and dryer. A combined eat-in kitchen and living room comes equipped with a large flat-screen TV, as well as all new stainless appliances and dishwasher. Bedrooms are large enough to accommodate full-size beds and personal workspaces. Gorgeous, tile-floor bathrooms feature walk-in showers and updated sinks and cabinets.

West Harlem is, no doubt, one of New York’s best neighborhoods if you are looking for a conveniently located home near the heart of Manhattan. With the ease of access to a multitude of nearby shops and restaurants, West Harlem, also referred to as Manhattanville, is a safe and walkable neighborhood that is ready to be explored. Known for its historic landmarks, such as Grant’s Tomb, and scenic views of the Hudson River, this neighborhood is served by the IRT Broadway-Seventh Avenue Line, which is accessible at the 125 Street station.
