All-female roommate situation

A fully furnished room is available for rent in a 3-room apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, internet, as well as water, electricity, and heat. The apartment is on the first floor.

Maximum rental period bookable through the system: 6 months. If you’d like to book for a longer period, please contact us.

The apartment is fully furnished. However, bed linens and personal linens are not included.

The apartment is centrally located in the city center and within walking distance of the train station, shops, and restaurants, as well as the S-Bahn line toward Frankfurt.
The location on Geleitsstraße stands out for its central and well-connected surroundings. Shopping, cafés, and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Offenbach’s main train station, as well as bus and S-Bahn connections, are easily accessible. The Main River and green spaces for walks or exercise are also just a few minutes away.

Upon request, a set consisting of bed linens, bedding, and towels can be provided for an additional fee of 150 euros; this set becomes the property of the tenant.

A monthly fee of 50€ is charged for an external cleaning service to clean common areas such as the bathroom, hallway, and kitchen at irregular intervals.

Renovation work on the building will be carried out in the coming months, so there will be occasional inconveniences for residents.

Please note:
Before the keys are handed over, the lease agreement must be signed and all payments (rent, cleaning fee of 50 EUR, and the security deposit) must have been received in Housinganywhere’s bank account.

Die Lage in der Geleitsstraße überzeugt durch ihre zentrale und gut angebundene Umgebung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Offenbacher Hauptbahnhof sowie Bus- und S-Bahn-Verbindungen sind schnell erreichbar. Auch der Main und Grünflächen für Spaziergänge oder Sport liegen nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

Auf Wunsch kann gegen einen Aufpreis von 150 Euro ein Set bestehend aus Bettwäsche, Bettzeug und Handtüchern bereit gestellt werden, welche in den Besitz des Mieters übergehen.
