Make this outstanding place your new home!

Cosy studio in the centre, diaphanous distribution with separation in the room area. Housing in height and with large windows. Located on a pedestrian street with many services. Electric fireplace in the room, ideal for enjoying a perfect stay in the centre. This studio is on the fifth floor with an independent bathroom. The sofa bed is 90X160 ideal for children or teenagers. Not suitable for adults due to its size.

The building has an elevator. Located in a pedestrian area, a few meters from the shopping centre, where you can also park. The area is ideal for walking. There is also the option of bus, cab or electric car rental.

Pets, events and parties are not allowed. In the annex building are doing maintenance, but we do not know the schedules that they work with.

Please note:
- The amount of the deposit depends on the intended length of stay. 1- 4 months will total a 600€ deposit. From 5 months and onwards, a 900€ deposit applies.
- Utilities are included up to 150€.
- A fortnightly change of sheets is included in the rental price.
- A weekly cleaning service is available at an additional fee.
