NEW APARTMENT in Via Buonarroti in Padua! The apartment is very bright, and has been completely renovated and furnished according to our High Standards.
It consists of: Living Relax entrance, fully equipped Kitchen, 5 single bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower,
The apartment is located in a beautiful and quiet residential area in the Arcella district. In the surroundings you can find all kinds of services: a few steps away from the apartment you will find the Despar supermarket, but the Prix supermarket and Mcdonald's are also very close.
Also nearby there are several pubs, such as the Gasoline Brewery, very popular and frequented by young people, the cinema Multiastra and the Milcovich Park, where the well-known Arcellabella festival is held during the summer.
If instead you want to head towards the historic center and the main squares of Padua you are 10 minutes away by bike. Alternatively, a few meters away you can find the tram and bus stop, where several urban lines pass. You can easily reach the station on foot or continue towards the city centre.

Besides, to the price of the room, 40 € for our ALL-INCLUSIVE FORMULA will be added. This includes:

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must:
✔ Pay 2 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration
⚠️ If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
