Newly furnished and spacious 2 bedroom apartment located close to University and ESC. It offers internet, a Smart TV with 2 large bedrooms with double beds with desk and storage in each, a spacious living room With a fully equipped kitchen (large fridge/freezer, cooking stove, micro wave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, crockery for 6 people). bathroom contains 2 washbasins, a large mirror, shower, dry towels heater and washing machine. WC are separated. The living room is spacious and open to the kitchen where 4 people can sit comfortably. Washing machine provided and the building is equipped with internet fiber. A basement is included in the rental price and parking is free in the boulevard ( or possibility to get a city residential pass for 10 euros a month in other parking spots ). Close to bus stops.
