Opis pokoju

This spacious apartment in Potsdam-West combines the charm of a period villa with contemporary living comfort. It has been extensively and high-quality refurbished and is now offered for first occupancy. The separate entrance provides independence and privacy.

The flat is stylishly furnished and fully equipped for everyday life. The furnishings include, among other things, a 1.40 m wide bed, wardrobes, chairs, and a desk with an office chair. The kitchen is stocked with pots, crockery, glasses, cups, and other utensils. A washing machine and a vacuum cleaner are also part of the equipment. High-quality materials, carefully selected sanitary ware, lamps, and decoration round off the living ambience. You can move in directly without having to worry about furniture or basic equipment first.

The apartment is rented out at an all-inclusive rent (Pauschalmiete). Internet use via Starlink and a parking space on the property are included. Another highlight is the large, stylishly landscaped garden, where you can sit outside and relax in the summer.

The apartment is located in an established neighbourhood between the Havel River and Sanssouci Park. The "Im Bogen/Zeppelinstraße" stop and daily shopping facilities are within walking distance; Potsdam Park Sanssouci railway station is also nearby. Thus, you live surrounded by greenery while remaining well connected to downtown Potsdam and the surrounding area.
