Bright, newly renovated and fully equipped apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Vltava River, overlooking a quiet green courtyard and only 15 minutes from the center of Prague. With air conditioning and high-speed internet.

The apartment is fully equipped, with more than enough storage space. It is suitable for one person, but the bed can be converted into a full double bed and all the equipment is designed for two people. It is located on the lower ground floor of a brick apartment building. The house is equipped with an electronic entry system and cameras. The windows face a quiet courtyard - a shared garden.

Braník is a neighborhood with character. You will find quiet streets, lots of greenery and all services at the same time. Great connections to the center of Prague and a shared bike station are in the immediate vicinity.
Not far from the house there is the Braník Ice Cream Parlor, the excellent Branická Butcher's Shop, the Periferie café and the excellent Pilsner beer in a nearby restaurant. Around the corner is the Branická skála forest park and a view of the city, a popular cycle path along the Vltava River - ideal for cycling, skating and walking, the Podolí swimming stadium and Žluté lázně with a river, lawn and sports fields. Nearby is the natural swimming pool in Kemp Park, as well as an outdoor gym and a public barbecue area.
