Located at Via Roma 47, in the heart of Reggio Emilia, the building extends over five levels and houses 20 single and double rooms, each with a private bathroom and air conditioning.
On the ground floor, you'll find spaces designed for communal living: a dining room where you can share meals with other residents, a study room equipped with tables for pre-exam sessions, a shared laundry room, and a bike storage area for independent access around the city. An elevator connects the floors, and Wi-Fi covers both the bedrooms and common areas.
