Bright private room with its own balcony in a shared flat on Ofiar Katynia street, a 6-minute walk from WSIiZ (University of Information Technology and Management, Sucharskiego campus). The bathrooms have just been refreshed and the room is fully furnished, so you can move in from the first day. Ideal for an exchange semester or the full academic year.

ALL BILLS INCLUDED
Heating, electricity, water, fibre internet and building fees are all included in the rent. One price, nothing to settle at the end of the month.

YOUR ROOM
A bright, comfortable room with a large balcony — a good spot for morning coffee or a break after class. The big balcony window lets in a lot of natural light. Inside:
- A wide double bed (140x200) with a comfortable mattress
- A large wardrobe plus a chest of drawers
- A desk with a chair and a lamp, ready for studying or working

LOCATION
The flat is in a quiet residential area, close to your university and with fast links to the rest of the city.
- WSIiZ (Sucharskiego campus): 6 minutes on foot
- Nowy Świat shopping centre: 4 minutes on foot
- City centre: a short bus ride, with frequent buses from nearby stops
Day to day you have everything close: a Biedronka supermarket and other shops, a post office, and a large green park by the flat.

THE FLAT YOU SHARE
The flat has four rooms and bathrooms have just been refreshed. You share it with your flatmates — students and young working people — in a calm, quiet household. There are two bathrooms, so no queues in the morning: one has a shower cabin, washing machine and washbasin, plus a separate toilet.

KITCHEN AND LAUNDRY
Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, cooker, microwave, kettle, pots, pans and plates — you can cook from day one. For laundry and cleaning: washing machine, drying racks, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. Fast fibre internet throughout, good for online classes and video calls.

MOVING IN FROM ABROAD
- Flexible check-in: late flights and weekend arrivals are not a problem. We hand over the keys in the evening or at the weekend if that is when you land.
- The contract is signed online, before you arrive, in Polish & English.
- We manage this flat ourselves, so you always have one place to write to. If something breaks, you message us and we arrange the repair — you do not need to find a plumber in Polish.
- Payments by transfer. No cash.
- We can issue a confirmation of accommodation for your Erasmus paperwork.
- We answer messages in Polish & English.
