It is a big and nice house of 270 m2, composed of 5 rooms, with 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets.
The house is close to the European Commission area. A bus takes you directly to it, and another one goes to the Center. Another tram connects you to the metro and goes to the University of Brussels (ULB/VUB). It is also close to the Corporates area of Diegem/Zaventem.
The kitchen and living room are common (68 m2).
The house is great, nicely decorated and fully equipped: Wireless Internet, Washing & Drying machines, Fully equipped kitchen, etc.

• Top Room : it is 25 sq.m. big, under the roof, and it has double bed, large windows, cupboards, nice decoration, etc.
• Water Room : on the third floor, the ‘Water Room’ is 16 sq.m. big, above the bathroom of 16 sq.m., and it has double bed, a window, cupboards, a desk, a water basin, etc.
• Yellow Room : It is 20 sq.m. big, on the third floor, with double bed, windows, cupboards, desk, etc.
• TV Room : on the second floor, the ‘TV Room’ is 20 sq.m. big, besides a bathroom of 16 sq.m., and it has double bed, very large windows, cupboards, a desk, a TV, etc.
• Garden Room : It is 35 sq.m. big, on the ground floor, with view on the garden, with double bed, large window, cupboards, nice decoration, etc. It has an almost private shower and toilet as they are close to the garden room and 3, 4 and 5 stairs away from the other rooms.
All rooms are furnished. The rent includes provisions for electricity, gaz, water, WIFI. Contracts are made between each tenant and the landlord.
Payment of first month at booking time, two months warranty, three months notice before contract termination.
