The Pinnacles is an amazing student accommodation in Sheffield city centre that offers you a wide range of en-suite rooms and a deluxe studio to choose from. The property is located conveniently near The Sheffield College (18 minutes on foot) and Sheffield Hallam University (13 minutes on foot), making it an ideal student housing option. The £100 deposit is fully refundable at the end of the tenancy subject to contractual obligations.

You have three payment options available:

1. Full rent upfront

2. Three instalments with a UK guarantor

3. 60% of full rent prior to arrival, and 40% in January (International guarantor accepted for 2023-24 AY).

Please note: For 2024-25 bookings international students will have an additional option of paying rent in monthly instalments.

1. You will need to provide a valid UK based guarantor if you wish to pay your rent in 3 instalments(Sep, Jan, April).

2. In case you do not have a valid UK based guarantor, the property recommends using the services of housing hand or you can pay the rent either in full, or in 2 instalments - 60% in September and rest 40% in January, if you have an international guarantor.

All the rooms come with a comfy double bed, wardrobe, a personal study area, plenty of storage to keep everything organized, and a fully fitted kitchen to cook your favorite meals. Enjoy some time off in the entertainment room with your pals after an intense study session at the library or just kick back and relax in the Games room. Moreover, you get to meet new people at the social events hosted in the residence like cocktail masterclasses, fitness classes, and so on.

With the city center in your footsteps, you'll be surrounded by plenty of cafes, restaurants, and bars like HYGGE Cafe and Old Queen's Head, keeping you away from boredom. With shops like Premier Supermarket just a few minutes away, you'll never run out of essentials.

The property has excellent connectivity to public transportation, making it easy for you to explore the city. You will find the nearby Broad street bus stop directly across the street and the Sheffield Train Station just a 5-minute drive away.

Students who have applied to attend a University or a Higher Education Establishment in any of the cities. First UCAS choice and with entry in September 2023, will be eligible to be released from their License\Tenancy Agreement if, as a result of not achieving the required A-Level, Scottish Higher (or equivalent) results, they do not gain a place at their First UCAS choice university

If a student does not gain a place at their First UCAS choice University and wishes to be released from their Tenancy Agreement as a result of not achieving the required grades, they must provide proof of a rejection letter or proof that their exam results did not meet the requirements of the course within 7 days of the date the results have been published. This policy is valid until 1st September 2023.

If an international student does not gain their required UK Student Visa and wishes to be released from their License /Tenancy Agreement, they must provide evidence of their declined visa application no later than 14 days prior to their contract start date. Evidence can be a written rejection letter or proof the required visa was not awarded.

Unless you have already collected the keys to the accommodation, you may cancel your booking in writing or by sending an e-mail to the property management at any time during the 7 days after your booking has been fully confirmed and you received an e-mail confirming your booking is complete. If you request to cancel the Agreement in these circumstances, the the property management will make no charge and will return the deposit (if paid) in full.

Please note that at the point you receive your key and check in to your accommodation, the cooling-off period will immediately and automatically end.
