Located next to the famous Poljud Stadium and near beautiful Marjan Forest Park, a protected natural oasis and popular recreation area, this is the perfect spot to experience both the city and nature.
The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It’s suitable for couples, solo travelers, or small families, and offers easy access for wheelchairs and strollers. We’re happy to welcome your furry companions too, so you can enjoy your stay together. Free street parking is available nearby, making it convenient if you’re arriving by car.
The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. Please note that during the Ultra Music Festival, the nearby stadium (just 300 meters away) becomes a lively venue (July 10-13th).
