Large room of 15m², fully furnished. It has a double bed (140x190) accompanied by a bedside table with lamp and a large mirror at the head of the bed. A work area is included, composed of a desk with chair and lamp. The room also has storage space: a wardrobe with hanging space and a shelf. Located in the Esplanade district, this 104m² apartment is ideally located, close to the University of Strasbourg and near all amenities. The apartment is on the 5th floor of a secure building with a guard and an elevator. The apartment has 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. All rooms are fully equipped and furnished. All arranged and decorated with care. The kitchen is equipped with new and quality appliances. It contains a refrigerator, cooking plates, hood, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. An area with a table and chairs is available as well as various storage units and all the necessary dishes. All the necessary equipment for cleaning (broom, mop, vacuum cleaner) is available in the apartment. The rent for the room includes a provision for charges: electricity, water, heating, internet and home insurance. The accommodation is eligible for APL (individual lease).
