Sunny and nicely furnished 1-room flat with underfloor heating and a great own terrace in an exclusive, beautiful panoramic location close to the city centre in Stuttgart.

Here you live in one of the best locations in Stuttgart, quiet and directly in the green, despite the very central location.

The apartment building in which the flat is located has already been renovated according to the low-energy house criteria (KfW 75).

In the living and sleeping area there is a large brand bed (Hüsler Nest, 180mx2.20m), a table and chairs, shelves with a clothes storage system and a flat-screen TV.

The single kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, two-plate cooker and microwave.

The modern bathroom, which can be reached via the corridor, has a floor-level shower. The washing machine includes a dryer.

Internet (WLAN) and all other costs are included in the rent. Parking is available on the street.

Besides the breathtaking view from the terrace of the flat, the transport connection is another highlight and an additional plus point of the flat.

It is not even a 5 minute walk to the U5, U6, U7, U12, stop Bopser. After only 6 minutes driving time you reach the main station of Stuttgart. In total it takes about 10 minutes from the flat to the gate of the main station. Afterwards it is also not far to Frankfurt Airport, the biggest international airport in Germany. It is a 12min ride to the Stuttgart Airport.
