Here we offer you a completely refurbished and furnished 2-room flat. The flat has a bedroom with 2 single bed and a living room, plus Smart TV.
The flat is equipped with a separate fully equipped kitchen, giving you the freedom to prepare your meals according to your preferences. Here you will find a hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, sink, coffee machine and crockery and all the necessary kitchen utensils. Relax on your own terrace, which you also use to enter the apartment.
Bed linen is provided, please bring your own towels.
A washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron are available in the laundry room (to be shared with other guests).
Internet: Fast and reliable internet is available in the flat, so you can easily work, stream and stay in touch with friends and family. If desired, simply book for a small fee.

Shops of all kinds (groceries, bakery, pharmacy, bank, hairdresser, bars and cafés, ...) can be found within walking distance of this flat. You can reach Stuttgart city centre in 10 minutes on the U9 (approx. 500m away) or U4 (approx. 900m). The B10/B14 motorway can be reached by car in 5 minutes, the A8 motorway in approx. 15 minutes and the airport in approx. 20 minutes.
If you take a stroll through Wangen, you can still discover a number of old half-timbered houses and art nouveau buildings here and there. Here you will find marvellous gardens and green courtyards, which bring quality of life and contribute to improving the air quality.
