Samo zapytanie nie wiąże się z automatycznym dokonaniem płatności — nic nie zostanie pobrane, dopóki właściciel go nie zaakceptuje.
Czego potrzebujesz
- Aby wysłać zapytanie, wystarczy zweryfikowane konto i metoda płatności. Nie są wymagane dodatkowe dokumenty czy gwarant.
- Dowód osobisty lub potwierdzenie studiów może być potrzebne dopiero przy podpisaniu umowy z właścicielem.
Właściciel akceptuje i następuje płatność
Po akceptacji zapytania przez właściciela automatycznie pobierana jest opłata za pierwszy miesiąc oraz opłaty administracyjne, a rezerwacja zostaje potwierdzona. Następnie otrzymasz dokładny adres i dane kontaktowe właściciela w celu zaplanowania przyjazdu.
Twoje pieniądze są chronione
Nic nie jest pobierane, dopóki właściciel nie zaakceptuje Twojego zapytania.. Masz 24h po przyjeździe na zgłoszenie zakwaterowania, jeśli nie jest ono zgodne z ogłoszeniem.

Opis mieszkania

Brand new mini apartment of 45 sqm located on the first floor in a building in the Udine Nord residential area. The property is located above a famous pastry shop / bar and enjoys large and welcoming spaces. In the living area, the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher also has a door to go outside onto a large terrace connected to the bedroom. The living area is complete with a sofa bed with a workstation for smart working. The sleeping area is divided by a hallway that gives access to the bathroom, the closet and the double bedroom complete with a spacious wardrobe. The bathroom with window has a shower.

IMPORTANT:
N.B. only for our properties located in Milan: for the bookings with check-in between March 12th and April 23th 2024, an extra month rent must be paid in advance and won't be refundable. The check out between 11th April and 21st April 2024 included is not allowed.
The security deposit and the administration fee, for the initial and final cleaning, must be paid to the landlord at the latest two weeks before the move-in date. The rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. Failure to comply with this instruction will result in the impossibility of entering the flat. This is because the accommodation provider is a company according to their rules and the Italian law regulations to prepare the contract. Uniplaces guarantees that this is a trusted Landlord.
RENTAL CONDITIONS: According to Italian law, it is mandatory to request a valid Italian tax code to sign the rental contract. You can request one by contacting your local consulate or going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one week before the check-in. If you fail to obtain one within the deadline, a charge will apply.
Internet wi-fi, bills, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price.
The rent includes all bills based on normal usage and they are set based on the size of the flat. If you exceed with gas and electricity usage, the extras will be deducted from your deposit at the end of your stay (details will be specified in the rental agreement).
If you wish to leave the flat earlier just let us know at least 21 days in advance.
Check-in hours: every day from 3pm to 9pm
Check-out hours: at 11am.
EXTRA PAYMENT: Once your booking is confirmed we will contact you to request the following payments: the security deposit, amounting to one month's rent plus the cleaning fee (cost starting from 175 euros).
