I've been working in the hotel/housing industry for more than 24 years and I'm happy to provide this accommodation in the calm and nice area of Venezia Mestre, boosting the potential of the house with my long experience in this field. This cosy single room is part of a four bedrooms house that includes: one single room (that I'm advertising here), a 3 beds room, a double room and a 3 beds room. This place can be reached by bus from the airport in just 15 mins and is located in a very well served area: from markets to public transports. Universities are close and can be reached in an easy and fast way; public transports stops are just a few minutes walking from the house:

- 3 and 4 mins: two different laundries
- 4 mins: bus stop (bus 4L takes you to Venice in 10 mins)
- 12 mins: train station
- 12 mins: bus/coach station to reach areas and cities in the whole region

If the tenant leaves the rental property earlier than the reservation period, a portion of the security deposit will be withheld.

PLEASE NOTE: If the recorded consumption exceeds the usual average of the utility bills, the difference will be equally divided among all tenants.
