This 85 square meters flat on top of a 3 stories high apartment building, within separate entrance, has 2 bedrooms, one with a king sized bed,AC, wardrobe and 2hand built closets,window, table side and lamp decorated with fuchsia and white stucco walls, second with a double bed , commode, built in wall bookshelves, small balcony with table and chairs, wooden hand built push doors, full custom built kitchen made with wood and black marble, electric cooking stove and a morroca style inspired volt, table with 4 chairs, decorative piano , living room with fireplace, big screen TV with over 250channels, sofa and two sofa chairs, extends during summer by opening the glass doors to the large balcony with a table and a vine planted in a barrel to provide shade and an occasional grape during the summer. Large bathroom with sink, toilet and a cave like shower, electric heater, design inspired by Tower hall of Gondor and your very own Gargoyle providing protection at all times :)
The hallway consists of a hand built library in gothic style, with a decorative fireplace, couple of baroque framed mirrors, venttian masks and the portaphone.
The flat is completely built and decorated by the artistic hand of the owner.

Apartment is located in the mere center of town so all the amenities, shops, transport, city attractions are within 0-300m walk, car is not a necessity when living here but if you have one you can easily find free parking on street in which the house is located.
There is a bakery just across the street, 2 restaurants just around the corner, grocery shops within 2 min walking... WIFI speed is the highest available in Croatia and we newer had problems
