47m2 large apartment is situated in the old residential building from the beginning of the last century in one of the oldest communities of Zagreb- Maksimir.
It consists of two bedrooms (one single and one double) and for additional traveler there is a sofa in the living room that could be easily convert into a spacious bed, open plan kitchen and living area (20m2), corridor and one bathroom.
Kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for short or longer stay.
Baby cot, high chair and tub for kids are available on request (please, inform us about your kid's needs before your arrival).
Free wi fi is available.
There are only two stairs to climb from a busy, vibrant, commercial street to access the apartment, so the nearest Cafe, restaurant or store is just a few steps away.
We will wait for you in the apartment with the keys and few information about the apartment and the city of Zagreb so please inform us about approximate time of your arrival. For any additional information or help needed during your stay in Zagreb or on your way to the apartment you can call us, send us an e-mail or SMS.
We have lived in this apartment for a longer time but we recently moved into larger one in the same neighborhood -we live just a few minutes away. From our own experience we can say that it is very comfortable for living. We hold it in for our senior days because of it's position and accessibility. Meanwhile, we hope that you will enjoy your stay in it as much as we have. It's situated 15 minutes by foot from the central square and all the sightseeing locations, museums and theaters and also 15 min. walk to the park Maksimir, ZOO and a stadium.
Kvatric square is a traffic intersection so any distant locations can be easily reached by tram- less than a minute walk to the first tram stop.
Zagreb is well known for it's open markets and only 5 minutes by foot will take You to the popular meeting point Kvatric square, a place where You can enjoy your coffe and cakes or buy fresh products directly from the farmers and fishermen.
Some of the best local restaurants and Cafes in Zagreb are located in this neighborhood.
For those who arrive by car there is a public parking or, even cheaper and more secure solution- public garage- approx. 150m away (42 kn/day, 150 kn/week).
Rent a car with affordable prices is just around the corner.
Both rooms (single and double) are calm,peaceful and romantic. These are on the ground floor with a great view of the garden.
