- The US$99 holding fee is fully refundable within 6 days of payment. Full refund is applicable whether your booking is finalized with Amber or even if we're unable to find a suitable match for you.
- The total housing cost is divided into 12 equal monthly instalments.
- Each instalment is due on the 1st day of the month.
- The monthly payment includes the base rent, all mandatory fees, and any applicable premiums or add-ons.
- A guarantor is required to be financially responsible for the lease agreement.
- The guarantor must reside in the United States.
- The guarantor must be at least 25 years of age.
- The guarantor cannot be a current resident.

If applicable under the contract terms, a No Cause Termination Fee is payable. The fee is the lesser of:
1. The total monthly instalments remaining for the rest of the contract term, or
2. The total monthly instalments for 6 months.
You will need to pay an application fee (non-refundable) of $50.
The tenant needs to pay $100 security deposit prior to Move In.
