Please Notice: The security deposit depends on the length of stay (1–4 months: 1× rent; 4–6 months: 1.5× rent; 6–12 months: 2× rent) and will be calculated based on the highest applicable monthly rate within the selected stay dates. Cleaning is not included in the rental price but can be arranged upon request at an additional cost. Pets are allowed; however, a €150 cleaning fee is payable upon signature of the agreement. Overnight guests are permitted with prior notice, provided that the total number of guests does not exceed the maximum occupancy allowed for the unit.
