With six spacious floor plans, The Ballpark North is an economical, eclectic option for any student looking for an effortless transition. We offer private or shared bathrooms and each bedroom provides a full-sized bed (mattress and bed frame are provided), dresser, desk and desk chair. The living room boasts a couch, loveseat, end table, coffee table and entertainment stand. Dining rooms are equipped with a dining table and chairs. Cable and internet are also included in each student’s rent.
The property is pet-friendly and allows up to two pets per unit, provided each pet weighs under 50 pounds. A non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet apply.

Cancellation is permitted within 72 hours of booking.

- An acceptable third-party guarantor is accepted.
- A Guarantor Waiver Fee option is available instead of providing a guarantor.
- The Guarantor Waiver Fee is charged with each installment until an acceptable guarantor is provided.
- The fee is removed once all required guarantor documents are submitted.
