This apartment is on Carrer de les Jonqueres near the Urquinaona metro (L1, L4), and several bus stops. The beautiful Plaça de Catalunya is only a seven-minute walk away, and both the Corte Ingles department store and El Triangle shopping centers are also within walking distance. The area boasts several other shopping and dining options, and if you want to explore the rest of the city, public transit is easily accessible.

RENTAL CONDITIONS:
- Only payments: Monthly rent + expenses and refundable deposit
- You must pay the rent before the 5th day of each month.
- Utilities: water, gas, electricity and internet are 100€ per month.
- Deposite: 1000€
- Minimum stay: 5 month.

GUESTS POLICY:
- One guest is allowed to stay in the room a maximum period of 7 nights.
- Previous notification by email is required.
- First 2 nights are for free.
- After the 2nd night there is an extra cost of 40€ per night.
- Guests must sleep in the same bedroom as the tenant. Never in common areas.
- These rules are not applicable to July and August, when guests are not allowed to stay over.
