The apartment (35m2) is in a nice and charming neighborhood with supermarkets, international restaurants, bars, pharmacy - all just within walking distance. The nearest subway/underground station is Viktoria-Luise-Platz, just 2 minutes away. Viktoria-Luise-Parc is just the top spot in the area where you can relax and enjoy the forwarding atmosphere of the area.
The apartment has got high built in windows (glass front), a French balcony and is on the 3rd floor. The decor is modern and some of you might notice the designer Fornasetti. The bed is 1.40 x 2.00 meters and there is everything you need for a short or long stay in the apartment. Linens, towels, detergents, iron, ironing board, washing machine, W-LAN / WiFi, TV, fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans, dishes, kettle, coffee machine (nespresso), toaster and some basic things like tea, coffee, tea, pasta for a comfortable start of your stay. There is a cellar as well for extra storage.
The windows can’t be totally darkened up for the night (curtains only) - so you have some daylight in the morning.
