I am renting out my bright and generously laid-out 116 square meter attic apartment as a temporary rental for a minimum of two and a maximum of three months. My planned departure for a trip abroad is July 1st. However, I am flexible regarding the exact start and end date of the rental. The only important condition is that the rental period must be at least two months.
Layout and Furnishings
The apartment consists of four rooms, including two separate bedrooms. Additionally, there is a cozy living room and a fully equipped study with a desk and widescreen monitor. This can easily be used for working with your own laptop.
The kitchen has its own dining area. All essential everyday items such as cookware, cutlery, and other kitchen utensils are available and can be used. The washing machine is located in the basement.
The bathroom was recently completely renovated. It offers both a bathtub and a shower. A glass panel for the shower will be installed in May. The photos will be updated afterwards.
Special Features
Although the apartment is located on the top floor, it remains pleasantly cool in summer due to excellent insulation.
A private carport belongs to the apartment and is included in the rent.
The garden is spacious and offers a private terrace. It’s a great place to enjoy the summer, relax, or have a barbecue.
Suitable for Shared Living
With two bedrooms, the apartment is also well suited for a two-person shared flat. Each person has their own room as well as generous common areas.
