A deposit of € 900.00 is required, it will be returned at the end of the lease and not chargeable in rent account.
To be paid in the following manner, at the choice of the tenant:
1)by bank transfer directly to the owner’s bank account, 5 days before check in (the day of check in must be shown on the bank account)
2)by cash on the day of check in (less preferable option). The contract makes it quietance.
3)with payment via the Housinganywhere website, 7 days before check in.
Please note that without a deposit it will not be possible to check in the day of arrival at the house.
