The residence is a renovated apartment of 120 sqm in the beautiful Südstadt district. The fully equipped apartment has 4 rooms, a kitchen, large bathroom, laundry, and a bike storage – all located in the historic building.

Room:
A furnished room of 17 sqm for one person, located on the top floor of the house with a view to the Wilhelminian facades typical for this neighbourhood. The kitchen and bathroom are shared among the 4 tenants.
Your room is equipped with a double bed (140x200cm), closet, desk, armchair, bedside table, bed linen, towels, and everything you see at the pictures.

The apartment has:
- 4 bedrooms,
- 1 bathroom,
- a shared Kitchen (fully equipped for 4 tenants),
- a laundry in the basement,
- a bike storage room at the street level

The apartment is fully equipped and decorated with everything you need. You can simply arrive with your luggage and live in Bonn for a season in one of the most quiet and representative areas of the city.

SÜDSTADT is a residential neighbourhood often described as the largest contiguous and preserved Wilhelminian style quarter in Germany. The district lies to the south of the city centre and is directly connected to parks, alleys, botanic garden, and the main university campus.
