A furnished room of 15 sqm for one person, located on the second floor with a view to the garden. Kitchen and bathrooms are on the ground floor. The shared kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The bathroom is shared with one more tenant.
Your room is equipped with a double bed (140x200cm), closet, desk, armchair, bedside table, bed linen, towels, and everything you see at the pictures.
The House:
This shared house has 4 rooms and common areas on 200 sqm. Hall, kitchen and bathrooms are on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The back door leads from the kitchen to the terrace and the garden. The laundry with washing machine and a dry cleaner is in the basement.

- community Kitchen (fully equipped, dish washer),
