The apartment is not decorated down to the last detail but can be filled with life by the future tenant, as we are not looking for short stays but would like to enter into a longer-term and trustful tenancy.
The transport connections are optimal due to the direct proximity (2 min. walk) to bus lines 22 (e.g. in the direction of the university) and 25 (main station and city center). You can reach the river Weser or the vibrant “Viertel” in Bremen in about 15 minutes on foot. There are also plenty of free parking spaces in the quiet street where the apartment is located.
