I am a semi retired health professional living in a well appointed, modern apartment. I have a spare room with second bathroom available for rent. Full access to the kitchen and the balcony are included.

The apartment is located very close to the Wynnum Esplanade and is also within easy walking distance of public transport (buses and trains), shops, cafes and cinema.

The room itself has a ceiling fan, built in wardrobe with storage shelf, hanging space and a set of drawers. It is fully furnished with good quality, modern furniture which includes a very comfortable queen sized bed and side tables.

Full laundry facilities are available in the second bathroom.
The main living areas (living/dining) are air conditioned.

On-street parking is available.
