2+KK apartment is located near Technology Park in Brno. In the walking distance of the apartment is VUT- Faculty of Civil Engineering or a football stadium Za Lužánkami. Nearby is also a bus stop - Klusáčkova with buses 34, 36, 81 and night connections 93 and 99. You can also use the tram lines from the same station, numbers: 3, 9, 11 and 12. Tram to Česká is six minutes away. Central Station 15 minutes away. Close to the flat is also the grocery store Billa or restaurant Pizza Nostra.
