This luxury apartment is located in the district of Pisárky. It combines good access to the city center and proximity to nature. The nature reserve Kamenný vrch is directly behind the building. He is known for its nature spectacle and world rarity, tens of thousands concaves flourish there in the spring. Brno Exhibition Center, where exhibitions, conferences and fairs are held, is also nearby. Within five minutes, you can also walk to the Anthropos Pavilion surrounded by a park, a museum focusing on the development of a prehistoric man, including a mammoth imitation. The locality is close to the villa district, which hides a lot of first-republic architectural jewels.
The location is easily accessible by public transport. The stop with lines 25, 26, 37, 44, 52, 68, 84 and night lines N95, N97 and N98 is just a two-minute walk away. If you are traveling by car, you will be pleased by a parking space.
