Tenants are required to pay a refundable security deposit of 1.800€ when they check in. Monthly rent is 1.170,00 € including building charges and TV-Internet-Phone. Water and electricity consumption is envoiced each 2 months according to counters.
Final cleaning fee upon the check-out: 70€.
