Utilities are included in the monthly price. To preserve the unique environment of this historic villa, we kindly ask our guests to practice mindful energy consumption—avoiding continuous, non-stop running of the AC or heating systems when unnecessary, and turning them off when windows are open or when leaving the apartment.
