1177 15th St East is a lovely student accommodation in Vancouver that offers a selection of en-suite rooms. The property is located within a short drive from University Canada West and Canadian College of Technology and Business.
The property does not offer any cooling-off period, all contracts are legal and binding.
Please note: You can cancel your agreement after giving 4 weeks notice to the property (prior to move in), after which you won't be liable for the rent also the placement fee is non refundable in this case.
If you want to terminate your tenancy agreement after moving into the property before your scheduled departure date:
1. You will have to provide 1 Month's notice and also find a replacement tenant for your room.
2. The replacement tenant will have to pay will have to pay the CAD 250 placement fee again.
1. You need to pay a security deposit which is 50% of 1 month's rent, to secure your room with the property.
2. This is refundable at the end of the tenancy period less any deductions and pending charges.
Rent needs to be paid monthly, in advance.

You do not require a guarantor to secure your room with the property.

Utility Fee of CAD 50 pm includes all utilities (electricity, wi-fi, water)
