This charming one-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor of a fully renovated building, facing a traditional Andalusian courtyard that fills the space with natural light.

Upon entering, you are welcomed by a spacious and bright living room, elegantly furnished with high-quality pieces and design details. The room includes a comfortable sofa bed, making the apartment suitable for up to four guests.

The open-plan kitchen, integrated into the living space, is modern and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The bedroom, accessible from the living area, features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, offering both privacy and convenience.

Situated on General Luque Street, in the historic center of Cádiz, the apartment enjoys a privileged location. Just a short walk away, you’ll find the city’s main landmarks, museums, shops, supermarkets, and traditional markets, as well as top restaurants and local bars where you can savor the freshest seafood and the best of Cádiz’s gastronomy.

The booking of each (hidden) accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or (hidden), and you can contract or refuse them. For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
