Vast green area and partial sea view in front of the beach and 15 minutes from the CP station, next to the Galerias Alto da Barra Pingo Doce Shopping Center and next to the new Nova School of Business and Economics University Campus. Possibility of joining the Clube Alto da Barra swimming pool, bar, restaurant, games room, party room, children's playground, etc.
