Bright and welcoming room with sunny open views, a private bathroom and a dedicated workspace. Ultra-fast 10 Gbps fibre-optic internet with Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating ensure a comfortable stay throughout the year.

The room is ideal for remote workers, students, researchers, healthcare professionals or anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable home away from home in Castellón.

Guests enjoy a private bathroom and a separate access area, with no other guests staying in the home at the same time, offering extra privacy and tranquillity. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, and final cleaning is included.

The location combines the convenience of city living with the comfort of a quiet residential neighbourhood. Castellón city centre is only a 9-minute walk away, and a bus stop directly outside the building provides easy connections to the city centre, UJI and Hospital General.

One of the great advantages of the area is how easy everyday life becomes. Supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, healthcare services, a gym and many other amenities are all within walking distance, allowing guests to comfortably manage daily life without needing a car.

Nature and outdoor activities are also close at hand. The neighbourhood is surrounded by three large green areas, offering plenty of space for walking, jogging, cycling or simply enjoying the outdoors in a relaxed environment. Castellón is a flat and bike-friendly city with an extensive network of cycle lanes, making cycling one of the easiest ways to get around.

A private parking space is available in the same building, with direct lift access from the garage to the apartment, making arrivals with luggage especially convenient.

For long stays, one laundry load per week is included. Additional laundry use is available for €5 per wash.

Please note that I live in the property and that my cats also reside in the home. While they do not have access to the guest hallway, their food is not kept in the kitchen, and their litter boxes are located on a private balcony area, guests with cat allergies should be aware that cats reside in the home.

All utilities are included in the rent.
