On one side, it offers a view of the pedestrian zone—the Njegoševa street promenade—while the entrance to the apartment is across from the "Vladin Dom," which houses the National Museum of Montenegro.

The other part of the apartment leads through a hallway with a bathroom to the sleeping area with two rooms, where guests can sleep peacefully as it is situated on a quiet street without cafes or restaurants, offering a view of the National Museum.
