Beautiful house chalet-type, with multilingual family, 2 cats and 2 dogs. Our house is located 40 minutes away from downtown, in a very suburban-type kind of zone.
It's close to a police station, so it's a very safe zone. There's also a supermarket close by, as well as some other services such as a bank, cafés and various gyms. We're 10 minutes away from Malls, corporates (such as Microsoft and Ford), Universities (IBERO and Tec de Monterrey) and mayor private hospitals. There's also a park a block away from our house. FYI, both universities have bus stops around the corner.

We offer an independent bedroom with it's own bathroom and shower; with access to family kitchen, living room and garden terraces. The bedroom has a desk table, single bed, and a set drawers.

We're an easy going family, that loves to cook and bake. We enjoy visiting museums and we'd love to show you around! The languages spoken fluently are: Spanish, English and French.
